The body arrives carrying the week in familiar places — jaw, shoulders, neck, lower back. The work begins there, but it's never rushed there.

60 min · $110Focused work for one or two primary areas with enough time to settle before deeper work begins.
The Ninety
90 min · $140The silentium standard for full body restoration with room to stay where the body asks for more attention.
The Two Hours
120 min · $170For layered tension, sustained work, and clients who do not want the session dictated by the clock.
