Discretion

Privacy is the default.

Unless you say otherwise, nothing about your visit leaves the room. No photograph, no video, no audio, no name, no reference of any kind. You do not have to ask for this — it is simply how the practice operates.

Privacy notice v1.0

What is kept, and for how long.

What is collected

Your name and contact details, booking and payment records, intake information, Ritual Composer selections, practitioner notes about the work performed, and the consent records described below.

How it is used and shared

Silentium does not sell client information. Information is shared only as needed to operate the service, process bookings and payments, maintain records, comply with law, or when you specifically authorize another use.

How long it is kept

Client and business records are retained for at least three years from the date of service, or longer when another legal or operational requirement applies, and are disposed of securely.

Access and correction

You may contact Silentium to request access to, or correction of, information we maintain about you. Requests involving records that must be retained will be handled consistent with applicable law and professional recordkeeping requirements.

Ritual Composer

Ritual Composer selections may be retained with your session record when they are relevant to preparation, preferences, boundaries, or continuity of care.

Media

No image, video, audio, testimonial, name, or social identity is used for any purpose without a separate, signed Media Authorization naming that specific use.

Participation

Two distinct paths.

Private

The default. Your record is clinical and internal. Nothing is captured, published or referenced.

Contributing

You elect, separately, to allow specific uses of image, voice or words. Chosen line by line, revocable at any time, and never a condition of care.

Your record

What is on file for you.

Enter the email you booked with and your surname. Only records matching both are shown.

Withdrawing does not erase history. A new signed authorization is filed and the previous one is kept, marked superseded, so the record of what was permitted and when remains accurate.

A withdrawal is not left to sit. It is filed to your practitioner as an item requiring action, so anything already in circulation is accounted for rather than assumed.

Media authorization is never required to book, to receive treatment, or to be treated well.
